The service
Adnexapro provides software to create, review, target, schedule, fund, and report on advertising campaigns. We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, conversions, or any business result. Inventory, review queues, and processor availability can change.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your login. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that violate policy, fail payments, or present fraud risk. Advertiser workspaces do not include a separate multi-user role product.
Your content
You retain rights in your ads and landing pages. You grant Adnexapro a license to host, review, cache, and deliver that content as needed to operate the service. You represent that you have the rights to run the ads you submit.
Prohibited use
You must follow acceptable use. You may not attack the service, scrape other users’ data, evade review, or advertise prohibited categories in restricted content.
Money
Funds, taxes, chargebacks, and refunds are governed by billing terms and the refund policy. Prepaid balance is not a deposit account.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, HN Project and Adnexapro are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us for the service in the three months before the claim, except where law forbids that limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to HN Project’s operation of the service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would choose another forum, except where consumer law gives you non-waivable rights.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date of an update is acceptance of the revised terms. Material payment or rights changes will be posted on this page.
