Effective 28 October 2026. This policy describes how Adnexapro, operated in connection with HN Project, handles personal data for the public website and the advertiser workspace. It is not a substitute for the privacy notice on your own landing pages.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, company, country, website, and profile fields you submit.
- Campaign data: ads, keywords, targeting, budgets, bids, schedules, and destination URLs.
- Billing data: payment amounts, currency, processor references, and billing address fields needed for checkout. Card numbers are handled by Stripe or Razorpay, not stored as PAN in the workspace.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, and logs needed to secure the service and apply targeting.
- Support data: messages you send to [email protected].
How we use data
We use data to operate accounts, deliver and review ads, prevent fraud, process payments, provide reports, contact you about the service, and comply with law. We do not sell advertiser account lists as a product.
Processors
We use infrastructure, email, analytics, and payment processors as needed to run Adnexapro. Stripe and Razorpay process checkout. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts on this public website. Staff and agents see account data only to support the service.
Legal bases
Where GDPR or similar law applies, we rely on contract (to provide the workspace), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, limited marketing of our own service), consent where we ask for it, and legal obligation.
Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as the account exists and as long as tax, dispute, or fraud rules require. You may request deletion; some records must be kept in minimized form.
Your requests
Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to marketing. We may need to verify that you control the account email. See also the data processing page if you use Adnexapro as a business uploading end-user related URLs in ads.
Children
Adnexapro advertiser accounts are for businesses and adults. Do not create an account for a child.
