Questions advertisers ask first.
Short answers to get you moving. The help center has longer walkthroughs.
What is Adnexapro?
Adnexapro is a workspace to plan search and display campaigns, set targeting, fund an account, pass review, and measure performance.
Do I need to add funds before I build campaigns?
You can build campaigns first. Delivery needs available funds and eligible ads on an active campaign.
Why are my ads yellow or under review?
New ads are reviewed before they can deliver. Under review is expected. Eligible ads can run. Not eligible means a policy or quality issue must be fixed.
What is the difference between paused and not eligible?
Paused is a run switch you or an agent set. Not eligible is a review outcome. You can pause an eligible campaign. You cannot deliver a not-eligible ad by activating the campaign.
Can I target cities as well as countries?
Yes. Targeting covers countries, states, cities, devices, operating systems, browsers, and VPN include or exclude rules.
Which payment methods are supported?
Advertisers can add funds with Stripe and Razorpay from the workspace. Keep billing name and country complete, especially for India-related export descriptions.
Can I limit ads to weekdays or certain hours?
Yes. Campaign schedules support date ranges, days, and time windows. The platform scheduler applies those rules continuously.
Do advertiser accounts have team roles?
The advertiser workspace is for the advertiser account holder. Staff and agents use separate panels. There is no advertiser user-roles product in the advertiser panel.
Where are the legal terms?
See terms of service, privacy, advertising policy, and the other policy links in the footer.
