Effective 28 October 2026. These terms cover adding funds and using prepaid balance on Adnexapro. They sit alongside the terms of service and refund policy.
Prepaid funds
When a payment succeeds, we credit your advertiser wallet. Campaigns spend against that balance when ads deliver. We may delay credit if a processor marks the payment as pending or at risk.
Processors
Checkout is provided by Stripe and Razorpay. You also agree to the processor terms shown at checkout. Adnexapro does not store full card numbers. Failed payments do not credit the wallet.
Descriptions and India exports
Charges are for online advertising services, including prepaid campaign media budget. For payments that are treated as exports of services involving India, the payment description and customer identity (name and billing country) must be present. Keep your profile complete so those fields can be sent with the PaymentIntent.
Taxes and FX
Prices and credits may be shown in the currency you selected. Banks, processors, and tax authorities can apply FX, GST, VAT, or other charges. You are responsible for taxes on your purchases except where we are required to collect them.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank, we may pause campaigns and freeze related balance while the dispute is open. Filing a dispute instead of contacting support for a recognized error can be treated as a policy issue.
Invoices and records
Keep processor receipts and workspace history for your accounts. We can help locate a payment reference if you email from the account address.
